Method

The work follows a sequence.

Not a curriculum of accumulation, but a progression of refinement. Each stage reveals something. Each stage removes something.

Orientation

The method does not begin with complexity.

It begins with attention. With the ability to feel where excess appears, where structure breaks, and where response loses coherence when contact, timing, or demand arrives.

Complexity is not the marker of sophistication here. Clarity is. The earlier stages are deliberately simple so what is normally hidden becomes impossible to ignore.

Sequence

01

Awareness

The first task is to perceive accurately. Where tension lives. How weight is carried. What the nervous system does when contact, timing, or unpredictability enter the field.

02

Release

Once excess becomes visible, it can be released. Unnecessary force, anticipation, and over-response begin to fall away. What remains is the feeling of the effort you didn't know you were making, stopping.

03

Pressure

Contact and demand are then introduced — not as a test, but as a signal. What was masked by effort becomes visible. What belongs to you, and what is compensation, begin to separate.

04

Structure

With interference reduced and signal clarified, organization can emerge. The body finds integrity without bracing. Weight is carried without compression. Response becomes stable without becoming rigid.

05

Adaptation

What is trained then begins to adapt. Softening without collapsing. Holding without locking. Acting without the delay of reconsidering. This is where balance becomes usable.
